Refund Policy

Our refund policy for digital templates and the interview preparation guide.

VisaPrepDesk.com, operated by Leap Rabbit Merchants, sells digital products — downloadable document templates and an interview preparation guide. Because our products are delivered digitally and can be downloaded immediately, this policy explains exactly when a refund is and is not available. Please read it carefully before completing a purchase.

Digital Products Are Final After Download

Our products are digital goods. Once you have downloaded a template or accessed the interview preparation guide, the product has been delivered in full and the sale is final. We are unable to offer refunds for any product that has been downloaded or accessed, because digital goods cannot be returned once they are in your possession.

Refunds Before Download

If you have purchased a product but have not yet downloaded or accessed it, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. We verify download status from our system records. As long as the product has not been downloaded, we will process your refund in full.

To request a pre-download refund, email support@visaprepdesk.com with your order details within the 7-day window.

Technical Failures

If a technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing or downloading a product you have paid for, contact us at support@visaprepdesk.com and we will work to resolve it promptly. If we are unable to resolve the issue and deliver your product within 48 hours of you reporting it, you are entitled to a full refund.

This applies only to faults within our control. It does not cover issues caused by your own device, internet connection, or incorrect information entered during checkout.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under this policy, email support@visaprepdesk.com with:

  • The email address used for your purchase
  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within a reasonable timeframe.

How Approved Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control. We do not issue refunds in cash, store credit, or to any account other than the one used for the original purchase.
